Compensation Structure:

• $160,000 annual guarantee (no clawback)
• OR 32% of collections — whichever is higher

Expected Earnings: $200,000 – $300,000+ annually

On this 3.5-day clinical schedule, the $160,000 guarantee equates to approximately $880 per working day, with significant upside beyond that through 32% of collections.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time general dentistry position offering a predictable 4-day schedule, strong patient flow, and excellent work-life balance.

Schedule:

• Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 3-day weekends every week

You’ll step into a busy, productive schedule supported by a dedicated hygienist and an experienced clinical team, allowing you to focus on treatment while maintaining efficiency.

Clinical Scope:

• Comprehensive exams & treatment planning
• Restorative (composites, crown & bridge)
• Fixed & removable prosthodontics (partials & dentures)
• Basic endodontics
• Simple & surgical extractions
• Periodontal diagnosis & maintenance
