Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 35% of collections
Expected Earnings: $250,000–$400,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $900/day for the first 6 months

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible 4–5 day schedule and no nights or weekends, offering both strong production and excellent work-life balance.

Typical schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (optional)

The practice offers a bread-and-butter general dentistry foundation, with opportunity to grow into more advanced procedures over time. Currently, some procedures are referred out, including:

• Implants
• Complex extractions
• Root canals
• Invisalign

This creates a clear opportunity for an associate to expand services and increase production if they have (or develop) these skills.

You’ll be supported by modern technology, including:

• CBCT imaging
• 3 digital scanners
• Fully digital records
• Cavitron systems for hygiene

Mentorship, CE support, and collaboration are part of the culture, making this a strong opportunity for:

• A 2–5 year dentist looking to grow into higher production and potential ownership
• OR a clinician interested in expanding their clinical scope in a supportive setting

You will have full autonomy in treatment planning and clinical decision-making.

There is also a clear path toward ownership, with the practice open to bringing on a co-owner for the right candidate.

• A licensed general dentist (Alabama license or ability to obtain)
• 2–5 years of experience preferred
• Clinically strong with a desire to grow into advanced procedures
