We operate in a market with high patient demand and low competition, which means our doctors build productive schedules without the grind. We're adding an associate to meet that demand, with full clinical autonomy from day one and a clear path to co-ownership for the right long-term fit.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 35% of collections

Expected Earnings: $250,000–$400,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $900 per day for the first 6 months

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Relocation Assistance: $5,000

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role in a high-demand market with a bread-and-butter general dentistry foundation and real room to grow. You'll have full autonomy in treatment planning and clinical decision-making, supported by an experienced clinical team.

Grow your production by bringing referred-out care in-house. We currently refer out implants, complex extractions, root canals, and Invisalign. An associate who has, or develops, these skills has an immediate path to higher production and a larger role in the practice.

Mentorship, CE support, and collaboration are part of the culture, making this a strong fit for:

• A dentist ready to grow into higher production and ownership
• A clinician who wants to expand their clinical scope in a supportive setting

You'll be supported by modern technology, including:

• CBCT imaging
• Three digital scanners
• Digital X-ray sensors
• Intraoral cameras

Ownership is on the table. The practice is open to bringing on a co-owner for the right candidate, and the demand in this market supports it.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with an Alabama license or the ability to obtain one
• 2+ years of experience preferred; strong newer dentists encouraged to apply
• Clinically strong, with a desire to grow into advanced procedures
