This is a modern, technology-driven private practice located in Galesburg, built around comprehensive care, clinical excellence, and an elevated patient experience.

We are a primarily out-of-network (OON) practice, allowing our doctors to focus on high-quality dentistry without insurance limitations. With a strong and growing patient base (~3,500 active patients), full hygiene schedules, and efficient systems, this is a fast-paced, high-production environment.

We are actively expanding and looking for an associate to step into immediate demand and help support growth across two locations.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Tiered production-based model (monthly adjusted production):

• 30% on $0–$60,000
• 32% on $60,000–$90,000
• 34% on $90,000+

Daily Guarantee: $800/day (provides strong baseline during ramp-up)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time (preferred) or part-time opportunity with immediate production and a full schedule from day one.

The associate will work in a high-efficiency, systems-driven environment, with the flexibility to work across two practice locations (6 ops at the current office and 10 ops at the second location).

The practice offers a broad scope of dentistry, including:

• Bread-and-butter general dentistry
• Fixed and removable prosthodontics
• Implants (placement and restoration)
• Endodontics (WaveOne and rotary systems)
• Clear aligner therapy (Candid Pro / SureSmile)

You’ll be supported by advanced, fully digital technology, including:

• CEREC same-day crowns
• CBCT imaging
• Solea laser dentistry
• In-house 3D printing lab (SprintRay ecosystem – Pro 2 & MIDAS)
• Digital dentures and rapid turnaround workflows

Mentorship and collaboration are available, making this a strong opportunity for:

• An experienced dentist looking to maximize production and autonomy
• OR a strong new graduate seeking hands-on mentorship and rapid clinical growth

You will have full autonomy in treatment planning and clinical decision-making.
