Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 35% of collections
Expected Earnings: $300,000–$650,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee:

• $1,100/day for the first 3 months
• $800/day thereafter

Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance: $10,000 lump sum (no clawback or conditions)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with extremely strong patient demand and the ability to build a high-producing schedule quickly.

The associate will ideally work 4–5 days per week, with flexibility available and rotating Saturdays shared across the doctor team.

The practice offers a comprehensive scope of dentistry at scale, including:

• Restorative dentistry and crown & bridge
• Endodontics and extractions
• Implants and advanced procedures
• Full-mouth rehabilitation cases
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Preventive and comprehensive care

With a large, active patient base and full case acceptance environment, associates have the opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures while growing into more advanced treatment over time.

You’ll be supported by advanced technology and infrastructure, including:

• Fully equipped modern operatories
• In-house dental lab with dedicated technicians
