Otego Family Dental is a pair of well-established, fee-for-service private practices in Otego and Oneonta, New York, about 13 minutes apart. We've built a loyal, long-standing patient base on strong community ties, and we're adding a full-time associate to meet demand that has outgrown our current doctors' schedules.

Our owner, Dr. Knox, leads a mentorship-driven team and is looking for an associate who wants to grow into a long-term leadership role as the practice expands.

The Opportunity

You'll step into a busy schedule from day one. Patient demand is already ahead of our chair time, with additional overflow from a neighboring practice adding to an established base. There is immediate opportunity to produce.

The practice is primarily fee-for-service with no insurance participation (claims submitted for patient reimbursement), with courtesy care provided for veterans and seniors.

You'll have clinical autonomy to shape your focus, with support across disciplines:

• Periodontics: a core strength of the practice, with room to grow it further
• Implants: placed and restored in-house, with mentorship from Dr. Knox
• Endodontics: supported by Dr. Alex
• Comprehensive general dentistry across both offices

Technology includes CBCT, laser dentistry, and digital scanning for crowns and tooth-movement tracking, in clean, modern, well-equipped offices.

Mentorship is hands-on and direct from experienced doctors, which makes this an ideal fit for a new graduate or early-career dentist who wants structured guidance while building a full schedule. Residency training is preferred, and motivated new grads are welcome.

• Licensed general dentist, or eligible for New York licensure
