Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 26.5% of production (no lab deductions)
Expected Earnings: $250K–$450K+ annually
Daily Guarantee: $750/day base

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate opportunity with a highly productive schedule and strong clinical demand in a fast-growing coastal practice.

The associate will typically work a 4-day schedule (Monday–Thursday or flexible 4-day structure including M/W/Th/F depending on preference), with a consistent patient flow and opportunity to quickly build production.

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Comprehensive restorative dentistry
• General and preventive care
• Molar endodontics
• Surgical extractions
• Implants (placement and restoration exposure)
• Full-mouth rehabilitation cases
• Cosmetic dentistry (veneers, aesthetic restorative cases)

You’ll be supported by a modern, efficiency-driven clinical environment focused on high-volume, high-quality dentistry.

This role is designed for a clinician who values autonomy in treatment planning and clinical decision-making.

There is also strong opportunity tied to practice expansion and increased production capacity.

• Licensed general dentist
• 1+ year of private practice or corporate dentistry experience required
• Comfortable with molar endo and surgical extractions
• Clinically confident and production-minded
