Coastline Dental Implants is an implant-focused private practice in downtown Naples, Florida. We're fast-paced, always learning, and competing to be best in class in implant and comprehensive dentistry.

We're opening a new location and looking for an independent, high-producing dentist who wants the clinical upside of an advanced implant practice without the management headache, with a partnership opportunity built in for the right fit.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 28% of production, no lab fees

Expected Earnings: $350,000–$500,000+ annually

Daily Base: $750 per day

Benefits Include:

• $3,000 annual CE credit, reimbursed upon completion
• 401(k) with 3% employer match
• 20 days of time off per year
• Partnership opportunity

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 4 clinical days per week, with a schedule that can be fluid within that
• No Fridays, no weekends

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced dentist to become the lead provider at a new Coastline Dental Implants location, backed by an established brand, systems, and a team already competing at the top of implant dentistry.

You'll practice a broad scope of advanced and general dentistry, including:

• Basic to advanced implant procedures
• Root canals
• Crowns
• Extractions
• Smile design

You'll be supported by advanced technology, including:

• CBCT imaging
• Intraoral scanner
• 3D printer
• Photogrammetry
• Dedicated implant equipment
• Digital X-rays

1-on-1 case mentorship is available on select days for a dentist who wants to sharpen advanced implant skills alongside the owner, and there is a partnership opportunity for the right candidate, which can be discussed early on.
