Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:
32%–35% of collections

Expected Earnings:
$250,000–$300,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee:
$800/day for the first 3 months

Profit Share Structure (Additional Upside)

In addition to production-based compensation, the associate participates in a structured EBITDA profit-sharing model:

• 10% of annual practice EBITDA
• 30% of year-over-year EBITDA growth
• Designed to reward both baseline performance and practice expansion
• Historical modeling suggests ~$25K–$40K+ additional annual compensation potential depending on growth

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role in a high-efficiency private practice environment designed for strong production, autonomy, and clinical independence.

The schedule is a 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday):

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Flexibility to extend hours or adjust based on production goals and preference

This structure is designed to support high productivity without burnout, while maintaining strong patient flow and operational efficiency.

The associate will perform a broad scope of comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Surgical and simple extractions
• Core general dentistry procedures performed independently

You will have full clinical autonomy in treatment planning and execution, supported by established systems designed for efficiency and high-quality care.

This role is best suited for a dentist who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, autonomy-driven private practice environment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed DDS or DMD
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Comfortable performing surgical extractions and core general dentistry independently
• Clinically confident, efficient, and production-oriented
