Compensation: 32%–35% of collections
Expected Earnings: $225,000–$275,000+ annually

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate opportunity offering a 4-day clinical schedule (Monday–Thursday) designed for strong production, efficiency, and work-life balance.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Flexibility: Can extend past 3:00 PM or add Friday half-day based on preference and production goals

The practice offers a broad scope of comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Surgical and simple extractions
• Core general dentistry procedures performed independently

You’ll also be working in a high-efficiency clinical environment with strong systems designed to support productivity and patient flow.

You will have full autonomy in treatment planning and clinical decision-making.

This is a high-independence role best suited for an experienced clinician who is comfortable working in a fast-paced private practice setting.
