Texas Sage Dentistry is a well-established, fast-growing private practice located in downtown McKinney, Texas, one of the most desirable and unique areas in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metro.

This is a fee-for-service (FFS) office with a strong reputation in the community, built over 70+ years and rapidly expanded under current ownership.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Starting at 31% of adjusted production
Expected Earnings: $100,000–$150,000+ annually (part-time)
Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 6 months

The Opportunity

This is a part-time opportunity with strong patient demand and significant growth potential as the practice expands.

The associate will typically work 2 days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday, with flexibility to shift Tuesday to Thursday if needed), with a consistent and growing patient base.

The practice offers a broad scope of general and advanced dentistry, including:

• Clear aligners (Invisalign and similar systems)
• Surgical extractions
• Implants
• Full-mouth rehabilitation cases
• Esthetic and cosmetic dentistry
• Comprehensive general dentistry

You’ll be supported by advanced technology and in-house capabilities, including:

• CBCT imaging
• Digital X-rays
• TRIOS intraoral scanner
• In-house dental lab

Advanced mentorship and collaboration are a major strength of this practice, including:

• Direct mentorship from the owner doctor (who actively pursues 50+ CE hours annually)
• Access to an in-house prosthodontist (on-site twice per week, former Texas A&M/Baylor faculty)
• Ongoing clinical development across advanced procedures
