Compensation & Benefits

Expected Earnings: $83,200–$116,480 annually (based on schedule)
Daily Guarantee: $750/day (8-hour workday)

The Opportunity

This is a part-time opportunity with a consistent schedule and some flexibility:

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1 Saturday every other month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Optional Fridays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

The associate will perform a bread-and-butter scope of general dentistry, including:

• Crowns, bridges, and fillings
• Simple root canals and extractions
• Hygiene exams

Advanced procedures such as molar endodontics, complex extractions, and implant placement are referred out, allowing you to stay efficient and focused within your comfort zone.

You’ll be supported by modern technology, including:

• 3 CEREC Primescans + 2 Speedfire ovens (same-day dentistry)
• CBCT imaging
• Laser technology
• AI-assisted radiograph interpretation

Mentorship is highly accessible, with experienced doctors available for guidance and collaboration—especially valuable for those looking to build confidence with digital dentistry workflows like CEREC.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist
• Open to experience level (strong fundamentals required)
• Comfortable with core general dentistry procedures
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Down-to-earth, positive, and easy to work with
• Committed to patient care and continuous improvement

CEREC experience is a plus but not required.
