Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 33% of net production (production – lab expenses – professional expenses)
Expected Earnings: ~$150,000+ in year one (with strong upside beyond)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity (32–40 hours/week) with a strong patient base and a structured, balanced schedule. The practice operates Monday–Friday, with doctors typically working 4 days per week, and a shared rotation between both locations.

You’ll practice across two nearby offices (Durango & Bayfield), giving you variety, flexibility, and consistent patient flow.

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Bread-and-butter restorative dentistry
• Crown & bridge
• Implants
• Laser dentistry
• Comprehensive treatment planning

You’ll also have access to high-quality specialists locally, allowing you to refer when appropriate while still maintaining a strong clinical mix.

You’ll be supported by modern technology, including:

• CBCT imaging
• CEREC same-day dentistry
• Laser technology
