Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 33% of collections (no deductions for lab fees)
Expected Earnings: $250,000–$350,000+ annually 
Guaranteed Base Salary: $160,000 annual base salary

(Annual figures based on full-time production; part-time schedules are also available)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering a consistent patient flow and flexible structure, with the ability to work across two nearby locations (Wenonah & Pennsauken).

Office Hours:

• Monday–Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: Closed

Multi-Location Flexibility:

• Work between Wenonah and Pennsauken offices based on your schedule preferences
• Offices are approximately 25–30 minutes apart, allowing for a practical and manageable commute
• Ideal for doctors seeking variety, increased production opportunities, and schedule flexibility

You’ll have the opportunity to perform a full scope of general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry, crown & bridge
• Endodontics
• Extractions and implants
• Clear aligners (SureSmile)
• Removable prosthodontics

You’ll be supported by modern technology, including:

• Digital X-rays
• 3D imaging
• Intraoral cameras
• Electronic health records
• Advanced sterilization systems

You will also have full autonomy in treatment planning and clinical decision-making, allowing you to practice independently and take full ownership of your cases.

Mentorship and collaboration are built into the practice, making this a strong opportunity for:

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed New Jersey (NJ) dentist in good standing
• 2–3+ years of experience preferred (or completion of AEGD/GPR with strong clinical exposure)
• Comfortable with endo and extractions
• Clinically confident, patient-focused, and team-oriented
• A strong communicator with a positive attitude and growth mindset
• Interested in long-term growth and potential ownership
