The practice is led by Dr. William Keskimaki, who serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and is actively involved in mentoring and developing dental professionals. This creates a unique environment for both clinical growth and long-term career development.
Compensation: 40% of production
Expected Earnings: $250,000 - $400,000+ annually (significant upside based on production)
Daily Guarantee: $1,000/day for the first 90 days
Signing Bonus: $10,000

This is a full-time opportunity offering a 4-day schedule in a busy, high-demand practice.
The office operates Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, allowing for an excellent work-life balance with long weekends.
The associate will perform procedures based on experience and comfort level, with the ability to expand clinically over time in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
You will have full autonomy in treatment planning and clinical decision-making.
