Dental Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused dental associate to join our growing practice. This is a great opportunity for both experienced dentists and new graduates looking for mentorship and long-term growth.

Position Overview:

• Part-time to start with opportunity to grow into full-time
• Flexible schedule (Monday–Thursday)
• 7 total operatories, with 2 dedicated to the associate

Compensation:

• $800/day guarantee for the first 90 days
• 30% of adjusted production after guarantee period

Clinical Scope:

• General dentistry procedures
• No molar endodontics or implants required

Practice Performance:

• Previous full-time associate produced $836,335 in adjusted production (2025), providing strong earning potential
