The Opportunity

This is a high-autonomy surgical role within a growing, multi-provider dental network designed to keep specialists highly productive without administrative friction.

The OMFS will play a key role in delivering advanced surgical care across an established patient base with consistent internal referrals from general dentists and hygiene teams.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Comprehensive surgical treatment planning and case evaluation
  • Full scope oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
  • Collaborative treatment planning with restorative GPs and specialists
  • Administration of anesthesia (local/general as appropriate)
  • Patient communication, education, and post-operative care
  • High-standard clinical documentation and case management

You will be supported by a collaborative clinical ecosystem designed to ensure efficient case flow, strong communication, and optimal patient outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

  • A DDS or DMD with completion of an accredited OMFS residency
  • Board-certified or board-eligible (preferred)
  • Holds an active state license or is eligible to obtain one
  • Clinically confident with a strong surgical skillset
  • Strong communicator with excellent chairside presence
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-doctor environment
  • Patient-focused with a commitment to safety, quality, and outcomes
