Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 31%–34% of production (based on experience)
Expected Earnings: $150,000–$300,000 annually
Daily Guarantee: $750/day for the first 3 months

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering a 4-day workweek with a consistent patient flow and strong clinical support.

The associate will work Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, providing flexibility while maintaining excellent work-life balance.

The practice offers a bread-and-butter general dentistry scope, allowing for efficient, productive days while maintaining high-quality care.

You’ll be supported by modern technology, including:

• Digital scanners
• CAD/CAM systems
• 3D imaging
• Hard and soft tissue lasers
• Fully digital workflow

Mentorship and onboarding support are available, making this a strong opportunity for:

• An experienced dentist seeking autonomy and production
