This is a high-opportunity implant role for a clinician who wants to focus on surgical and restorative implant dentistry in a fully supported environment.
Compensation: $250,000 guaranteed base + percentage of production
Expected Annual Earnings: $400,000 – $750,000+ (based on production performance)
Daily Guarantee: Embedded within base guarantee structure
Base Equivalent: ~$1,000–$1,250/day depending on schedule and production flow

This is a full-time implant-focused role in a high-volume, systems-driven practice designed for efficiency, consistency, and clinical excellence.
The associate will work a 4–5 day/week schedule (depending on structure) with a steady flow of implant and full-arch cases.
You will have full autonomy in clinical treatment planning and execution, allowing you to practice at the top of your skillset while continuing to grow.
You will be supported by a fully built clinical team including treatment coordinators, assistants, front office staff, and lab technicians, ensuring a smooth, high-efficiency workflow every day.
