Expected Earnings: $175,000–$300,000+ annually
Daily Guarantee: $750/day

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity in a busy, well-established 6-operatory practice with consistent patient flow and strong clinical support.

The associate will step into a high-production environment with systems designed for efficiency and quality care, allowing you to focus on dentistry while maximizing earnings.

You’ll perform a comprehensive scope of dentistry, including:

• Restorative procedures
• Endodontics
• Oral surgery (extractions)
• Prosthetics
• Periodontal therapy

Technology & Clinical Support Include:

• 3 intraoral scanners
• 2 in-office milling units
• Modern, efficiency-driven workflows

Mentorship & Growth:

• Monthly doctor meetings focused on case discussion and development
• Hands-on mentorship tailored to your goals
• Collaborative leadership structure with both doctors and management
• Clear opportunity to grow into leadership and ownership roles
