Associate Dentist Opportunity – Modern, High-Volume Practice in Marietta, GA

We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Associate Dentist to join our thriving, modern dental practice in Marietta, GA. About the Opportunity

This role offers the chance to perform a full scope of general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry
• Crown & bridge
• Simple and surgical extractions
• Endodontics (not required but a plus)
• Removable prosthetics
• Implant placement & restoration

You’ll be supported with mentorship and clinical guidance, allowing you to expand into more advanced procedures over time.

• $700 daily guarantee (first 90 days)

Schedule

• Typically 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Some extended hours (split shifts on M & W days)

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience or completion of a GPR preferred
• Comfortable with core general dentistry procedures
• Teachable, coachable, and eager to grow clinically
• Positive, humble, and team-oriented personality
• Motivated to build skills and increase production

Growth Opportunity

We are looking for an associate because of practice growth! The owner doctor, Dr. Patel, would like to transition to a reduced schedule. You’ll initially support exams and patient flow, with the opportunity to take on a full schedule quickly based on your skill level and efficiency.
