This opportunity is ideal for both new graduates seeking mentorship and experienced dentists looking for a rewarding part-time role. We are seeking an associate to join our team as the owner begins to gradually reduce clinical hours, creating room for growth and long-term opportunity.

Schedule
Part-Time (2 days per week)

• Thursday (required)

• Either Tuesday or Wednesday

Scope of Practice
Comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Restorative Dentistry

• Crowns & Bridges

• Cosmetic Dentistry

• Dentures and Partials

• Preventative Care

• Extractions

• Implant Restorations

• Root Canal Therapy

Compensation

• 35% of Adjusted Production

• $10 per hygiene exam

• Less applicable lab fees

• Compensation paid before collections, with adjustments made if necessary

• Strong understanding of insurance policies and reimbursement expectations
