Lakeshore Dental Specialists is a specialty-focused, collaborative practice in Eastpointe, Michigan, part of the Whole Dental Wellness group led by dentist-owner Dr. Whitney Weiner. Our team is family-oriented, patient-focused, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, continuous learning, and work-life balance.

Demand for endodontic care in our practice has outgrown what we can deliver, and we're adding a dedicated endodontist to an established referral base with the systems, team, and support to build a high-producing specialty schedule from the start.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 40% of collections, on elevated endodontic fee schedules and a streamlined insurance mix that supports consistent, high-value production

Expected Earnings: $300,000–$550,000+ annually, depending on experience and schedule

Daily Guarantee: Available

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

The Opportunity

This is a chance to step into an established referral base with growing demand, not to build one from scratch. You'll practice full-scope endodontics in a specialty-focused setting, supported by efficient systems, strong operational infrastructure, and a team built to keep your schedule full.

Your clinical focus:

• Full-scope endodontic procedures
• Diagnosis and treatment planning for endodontic cases
• Collaboration with referring doctors and the internal clinical team

Collaboration is the culture. You'll have peer support, case collaboration, ongoing CE, and a clinical peer-review environment where specialists sharpen their skills and share knowledge.

• A licensed Endodontist, or eligible for licensure in Michigan
• A graduate of an accredited endodontic residency program
