Compensation & Benefits
- Daily Guarantee: $1,500–$1,900 (based on experience & tenure)
- Bonus Structure: Monthly production bonus (~$2,700+)

The Opportunity
This is a full-time, single-location role — no traveling between offices. Enjoy a balanced, productive schedule:
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4-day work week)
