Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Earning Potential: ~$1800/day
• Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 3 months
• Compensation: 30% of collections (practice collects ~99%)
• Continuing Education: $2,500 annually (negotiable)
• Average Daily Production (Fridays): ~$6,000, depending on associate speed and case complexity
• Procedure Mix: 3–4 crowns, a few composite restorations, occasional extractions or root canals
• Patient Base: PPO-focused, including many federal and military patients

Opportunity for additional production by covering owner-doctor time off throughout the year (up to ~4 weeks)

The Opportunity

This is a part-time opportunity (1 day per week) with strong potential to grow into a full-time role over time. The associate will work Fridays from 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM, the busiest and most productive day of the week.

Enjoy two planned full-office closure weeks each year—one in the summer and one between Christmas and New Year’s.

You’ll step into a consistently full schedule, allowing you to maximize production from day one while supporting the owner and helping expand clinical capacity.

Scope of Practice Includes:

• Crowns, composites, root canals
• Surgical extractions and other general procedures

• iTero scanner
• Same-day crowns (Glidewell system)
• NeoDent
• WaveOne
• Modern, efficiency-driven workflows

Mentorship & Growth:

• Informal mentorship and peer support available
• Opportunity to expand clinical skillset and take on more advanced procedures

Ideal Candidate

The ideal associate is:

• A licensed general dentist (WA license or eligible)
• Experienced preferred, but open depending on clinical comfort and ability
• Confident in bread-and-butter dentistry, with ability to handle a busy schedule
• Interested in performing a wide range of procedures, including those the owner prefers to refer out
• Team-oriented, efficient, and patient-focused with a strong work ethic
