Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Guarantee: $700–$1,000/day minimum (based on experience)
• Production Percentage: 30–32% of production (based on experience)
• Annual Earning Potential: $180,000–$295,000+, depending on schedule and case mix
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, part-time, or long-term temporary (6+ months) opportunity with flexible days and hours. The associate will work a schedule tailored to your needs, supported by a high-performing team that keeps your schedule full and your stress low.

Scope of Practice Includes:

• Root canals, crowns, extractions, implants
• Expanding opportunities into esthetics, Invisalign, sedation (optional)

Technology & Tools:

• Open Dental
• Panoramic X-rays
• CBCT scan
• Paperless workflows and efficiency-focused systems

Ideal Candidate

The ideal associate is:

• DDS or DMD licensed in NY (or eligible)
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred, but exceptional new grads welcome
