Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30–35% of collections

Current associates demonstrate a wide range of production, from approximately $5,000/day for newer clinicians to $15,000+/day for experienced providers. The practice maintains a steady patient flow and consistent schedule, minimizing downtime and supporting strong daily production. Compensation is directly tied to production, offering uncapped earning potential in a busy, well-established practice.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering a consistent 4-day schedule and strong patient demand. The associate will work Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on practice needs.

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:
Restorative dentistry, crowns, root canals, extractions, Invisalign, and comprehensive exams

You’ll be supported by modern technology and tools, including:
iTero scanner, CBCT imaging, and laser dentistry

Mentorship and collaboration are available through informal guidance from an experienced doctor and leadership team, making this a strong opportunity for:
