University Avenue Dental is a doctor-led, team-focused practice located within walking distance of Ball State University and just 45 minutes from Indianapolis. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure: 30% of production (fee-for-service; no lab fees), or $750/day guarantee, whichever is higher

Expected Earnings: Competitive based on production and daily guarantee

Daily Guarantee: $750/day

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time role with mostly Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and half-day Fridays (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM). Flexible scheduling can be discussed depending on staff availability.

Associates will perform general restorative dentistry, including:

• Composite restorations (no amalgams)
• Crown & bridge
• Removable prostheses
• Routine extractions
• Any procedures within the comfort zone of the doctor

Technology & Support:

• All-digital practice with CBCT
• Laser dentistry & TMD laser/ultrasound
• iTero scanner
• Efficient workflow with family-oriented, hands-on team

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed general dentist (GP)
• Strong patient communication skills
