Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of net production

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$300,000+ annually (3 days/week)

Daily Guarantee: $750/day for the first 3 months

The Opportunity

This is a part-time opportunity (3 days/week) with high patient demand and strong production potential. The associate will have the ability to step into a busy schedule and grow quickly within the practice.

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry
• Crowns and bridges
• Endodontics (including molar root canals)
• Extractions and oral surgery
• Removable prosthetics
• Implants (opportunity to learn and expand)

You’ll be supported by modern systems and a highly experienced clinical team, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent care.

Mentorship and growth opportunities include:

• Hands-on mentorship in advanced procedures (molar endo, implants, surgery)
• Guidance in communication, case acceptance, and leadership
