Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of production

Expected Earnings: $240,000–$360,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $900/day

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering a flexible schedule and extremely strong patient flow in a rapidly growing practice. The associate will typically work:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling options available, including split shifts or PRN scheduling based on preference and team availability

The practice offers a bread-and-butter general dentistry scope, including:

• Restorative dentistry
• Crown & bridge
• Fixed and removable prosthetics
• Exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning

You’ll be supported by modern technology and systems, including:

• CBCT and digital mobile X-rays
• Fully digital records and computers in every operatory
• On-site dental lab
• New, modern equipment throughout the practice

Mentorship and collaboration are available, making this a strong opportunity for:

• An experienced dentist ready to step into a high-producing role immediately
• OR a motivated dentist seeking guidance while building speed and confidence

Patient demand is extremely high—the owner is actively looking to reduce clinical load and will direct new patients to the associate, ensuring a full schedule from day one.
