Exo Dental is a privately owned, fully digital dental practice with locations in Arkansas and Kansas and continued expansion underway. Our newest office in Van Buren, Arkansas, is purpose-built for implant and full-arch dentistry, with a fully integrated in-house lab delivering same-day dentures and implant restorations.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Percentage of production in a high-volume surgical environment

Expected Earnings: $300,000–$600,000+ annually, based on production and surgical efficiency

The Opportunity

This is a full-time surgical role in a high-production, implant-focused office with a strong and consistent patient pipeline, backed by the marketing, systems, and case flow of an established multi-location practice.

You don't need to be an oral surgeon. We're looking for a general dentist with strong implant and surgical experience, or a specialist, who wants to focus on the cases most practices refer out. If you place implants confidently and want to grow into full-arch, advanced surgical training and Yomi robotic guidance are here to get you there.

Your clinical focus:

• Dental implant placement: single, multi-unit, and full-arch
• Full-arch All-on-X cases
• Implant-supported overdentures
• Surgical extractions and bone grafting

Your surgical environment:

• Dedicated surgical operatories
• Highly trained surgical and prosthetic support team
• Sedation capabilities for complex procedures
• High-volume case flow with established implant demand across our practice network

Technology & Systems

• Yomi robotic-assisted implant system
• CBCT imaging and guided surgery workflows
• Intraoral and tabletop digital scanners
• Photogrammetry
• 3D printing
• Fully integrated in-house denture and implant lab, same-day turnaround

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed dentist with strong surgical and implant experience, GP or specialist
• Confident in extractions and implant placement
• Experienced in full-arch cases, or ready to learn them with training and robotic guidance
• Patient-focused, with a commitment to clinical excellence
• Motivated by a high-volume, team-driven environment
• Interested in long-term growth within a private, expanding practice
