Exo Dental is a privately owned, state-of-the-art digital dental practice with locations in Arkansas and Kansas, and continued expansion underway. Our newest location in Van Buren, Arkansas (2026) is designed to support a high-volume surgical workflow focused on implant and full-arch dentistry.
We specialize in full mouth reconstruction and implant-supported prosthetics, supported by a fully integrated in-house lab for same-day turnaround on dentures and implant restorations.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: Percentage of production (high-volume surgical environment)
- Expected Earnings: $300,000–$600,000+ annually based on production and surgical efficiency

The Opportunity
This is a full-time surgical role offering 4–5 day workweeks in a high-production, implant-focused setting with a strong and consistent patient pipeline.
You will operate in a dedicated surgical environment with full clinical support and access to advanced tools that enable efficient, high-quality care at scale.
Clinical Focus Includes:
- Dental implant placement (single, multi-unit, and full-arch)
- Full-arch AOX (All-on-X) cases
- Implant-supported overdentures (snap-in)
- Surgical extractions and bone-related procedures
Technology & Tools:
- CBCT imaging and guided surgery workflows
- Yomi robotic-assisted implant system
- Intraoral and tabletop digital scanners
- Photogrammetry systems
- 3D printing capabilities
- Fully integrated in-house denture lab
Clinical Environment:
- High-volume surgical case flow with established implant demand
- Dedicated surgical operatories
- Highly trained surgical and prosthetic support team
- Sedation capabilities for complex procedures
