Dental Implant Surgeon

Exo Dental is a brand new, state-of-the-art digital dental office with locations in Rogers Arkansas, Topeka, Kansas, and coming 2026, Van Buren Arkansas! Our practice offers procedures such as extractions, implants, and dentures, with a primary patient base who are seeking full mouth replacement with implant dentures. Our on-site lab allows for same-day turn around on dentures and implant prosthetics.

We are seeking a dentist who is passionate about providing the best treatment dentistry has to offer. We are looking for somebody who will actively participate in creating the best work environment for both staff and patients. Most importantly, this individual must truly care about their patients and the quality of treatment delivered.

This position is for a full-time dentist who is highly competent in oral surgery procedures such as extractions and implants. Exo Dental is privately owned and operated, so there is no corporate agenda that will need to be met.

For this position, either 4 or 5 day work-weeks are available. We are hoping to fill this position with a doctor who desires a long-term career with Exo Dental. This candidate will be offered CE training, PTO, medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401k and 401k match. Our office is forward thinking, and equipped with some of today's newest dental technology, including CBCT machine, intraoral and tabletop digital scanners, 3D printers, and a complete on-site denture lab.

Our practice offers a high-volume surgical environment with an established implant pipeline, supported by advanced technology including CBCT imaging, guided surgery, and a fully integrated digital workflow (including Yomi).

Surgeons benefit from dedicated surgical operatories and a highly trained support team, as well as in-house lab and prosthetic support to streamline treatment.

We also provide sedation capabilities to support a wide range of surgical cases. The position offers a competitive compensation structure based on a percentage of production.
