Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 35% of production
Expected Earnings: $225,000–$260,000 annually (based on part-time schedule)
Daily Guarantee: Provided during the initial ramp-up period
(Amount & duration discussed during the interview stage; based on experience)
Benefits and Structure: This will be a 1099 independent contractor position.

Patient Flow and Production: The office provides a wide range of general dentistry services, including diagnostics for two hygienists, restorative work, fixed and removable prosthetics, and Invisalign. We currently refer out implant placement, endodontics, extractions, and traditional braces.

The Opportunity

This is a part-time opportunity (18–23 hours/week) with a consistent and well-structured schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and two Fridays per month.

You’ll have the opportunity to provide a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Composite restorations
• Crown & bridge (including CEREC)
• Implant restorations
• Fixed and removable prosthodontics
• Invisalign and comprehensive treatment planning

The practice is equipped with modern technology and systems, allowing for efficient, high-quality care across five fully equipped operatories.

You’ll be supported by a highly trained team of nine professionals, ensuring a smooth workflow and strong patient experience.

This role offers a great balance of autonomy and collaboration, making it ideal for a dentist who wants to produce at a high level while maintaining work-life balance.
