We are seeking a highly experienced, driven Associate Dentist to join our thriving practice in Lincoln City, Oregon. This is an opportunity for a confident provider who wants to earn at a high level, work in a beautiful coastal location, and grow professionally in a strong team environment.
Compensation & Earning Potential
· $240,000 base salary + % of adjusted production
· Top performers can exceed $400,000+ annually
· High patient volume = strong, consistent production
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform procedures with experience and confidence, including:
· Extractions
· Root canals
· Dentures and partials
· Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
· Thrive in a fast-paced, productive clinical environment
Requirements
· Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience
· Must be licensed in Oregon (or able to obtain)
· Willing to relocate to Lincoln City, OR
· 1-year minimum commitment
· Strong clinical confidence and production mindset
