Compensation: ~30% of production
Expected Earnings:
3 days/week: ~$120K–$225K/year
4 days/week: ~$180K–$325K+/year depending on production and schedule
More experience → ~$250K+/year
Daily Guarantee: $800–$1,000/day

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering a well-balanced schedule with a consistently busy patient flow. The associate will work 3–4 days per week, with flexibility available.
Scope of Dentistry:
Comprehensive general dentistry including exams, restorative, crowns/bridges, extractions, and basic surgery
Confidently perform endodontic treatments and continue expanding your skill set
Technology & Tools:
CEREC in-office milling with multiple material options
iTero scanner for patient communication and Invisalign
High-quality dental labs for cosmetic cases
Modern systems and a supportive, team-driven environment

The ideal candidate is:
DDS/DMD and licensed (or license-eligible) in California
1–4 years of experience, or new grads with standout EQ
Clinically confident in general dentistry and endodontics
Ambitious, coachable, and patient-focused with a growth mindset
Strong communicator who values team collaboration and ethical practice
Interested in long-term growth within the practice
