Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential: $275,000–$450,000+ annually, depending on production

Daily Guarantee (Ramp-Up Period): $600–$900/day for the first 6 months (based on experience)

• Associates receive whichever is greater: daily guarantee or 30% of collections during ramp-up

• After 6 months: 30% of collections up to $50K/month, 35% of collections over $50K/month

The Opportunity

This is a full-time General Dentist position offering clinical autonomy and mentorship for growth, ideal for an experienced dentist interested in potentially leading or owning a practice in the future.

• Schedule: Monday–Wednesday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Thursday 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Patient Flow: Established patient base with consistent demand

• Team Support: Experienced clinical and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on patient care

• Technology & Tools: Modern digital workflows, sleep medicine equipment, and other advanced dentistry technology

• Clinical Scope: Comprehensive general dentistry including:

  • Diagnosis and treatment planning

  • Restorative procedures, crowns, bridgework, and extractions

  • Dental Sleep Medicine experience optional; training available

• Mentorship: Available to help refine skills, expand clinical scope, and prepare for leadership or ownership

• Professional Growth: Clear path for long-term development and practice involvement

Ideal Candidate

The ideal associate is:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

• Licensed (or eligible) in New York

• Clinically confident, patient-focused, and collaborative

• Open to mentorship and professional development
