 Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-time General Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, and committed to providing exceptional dental care. You will have the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry while being supported by a highly trained team and efficient systems.

 Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
• Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient experiences
•  Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

 Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active NY dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong clinical skills and sound treatment planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• New graduates and experienced dentists welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation structure
  • Negotiable daily guarantee or 30% collections (whichever is greater) for the first six (6) months.
  • After the initial six-month period, compensation transitions to:
    •  30% of collections up to $50,000 per month
    •  35% of collections on amounts exceeding $50,000 per month
• 10 K Sign on Bonus

• Monday to Wednesday 8 to 5; Thursday 8 to 2
