Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential: $275,000–$450,000+ annually, depending on production

Daily Guarantee (Ramp-Up Period): $600–$900/day for the first 6 months (based on experience)

• Associates receive whichever is greater: daily guarantee or 30% of collections during ramp-up

• After 6 months: 30% of collections up to $50K/month, 35% over $50K/month

The Opportunity

This is a full-time General Dentist position with clinical autonomy and mentorship opportunities, ideal for an experienced dentist looking to potentially run their own practice in the future.

• Schedule: Monday–Wednesday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Patient Flow: Established, loyal patient base with consistent demand

• Team Support: Experienced clinical and administrative staff ensures smooth daily operations

• Clinical Scope: Comprehensive general dentistry, including:

  • Diagnosis and treatment planning

  • Restorative procedures, crowns, and bridgework

  • Extractions and other general dentistry procedures

• Mentorship: Available to help associates refine skills, expand scope, and prepare for long-term leadership or ownership opportunities

• Professional Growth: Clear path for career advancement, including potential equity participation

Ideal Candidate

The ideal associate is:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

• Licensed (or eligible) in New York

• Clinically confident, patient-focused, and collaborative
