Compensation Structure: 27%–30% of collections
Base Salary: $150,000 base salary plus collections
Expected Earnings: $200,000–$400,000 annually, depending on production and clinical scope.
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000–$30,000 (may also be structured to support relocation or CE depending on candidate needs)
Relocation Assistance: Available as part of the sign-on / relocation package.

This is a full-time associate position offering a 4-day workweek with no weekends, providing excellent earning potential while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
Typical office hours include:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
The associate will typically work four of these days based on patient demand and scheduling preferences.

Exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns)
Removable prosthetics
Anterior endodontics
Surgical extractions
Associates also have the opportunity to expand their clinical scope through mentorship and training in:
Guided implant placement
Invisalign and clear aligner therapy
Technology in the practice includes:
DEXIS digital imaging
Primescan and Primeprint scanning and design technology
Cone Beam 3D imaging (CBCT)
