Compensation: 30% of collections
Expected Earnings: $150,000–$250,000
Daily Guarantee: Provided during the initial six-month ramp-up period (negotiable based on experience)
Relocation Assistance: Available (discussed during the interview process)
One of our current part-time associates earns approximately $170,000 annually working 2.5 days per week
Another part-time associate earns approximately $125,000 annually working 2 days per week

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity for dentists who want to expand their skills under expert mentorship in a stable, high-value practice.
Facility: 12 modern treatment rooms
Team: 3 full-time hygienists, 2 part-time associates, 2 owner dentists
Technology: CBCT, diode laser, Periolase, cold laser, GentleWave, two Itero scanners, digital radiographs, fully upgraded IT infrastructure
Schedule: Associates can work any of the office hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Patient Flow: Stable, referral-based patient base with high-quality, relationship-driven care
Clinical Scope: Bread-and-butter general dentistry, including:
Fillings, crowns, dentures, night guards
Root canal therapy, including molars
Extractions, bone grafts
Advanced Procedures: Opportunity to learn or perform:
Surgical placement of implants
Removal of impacted teeth
Airway-conscious orthodontics
Mentorship & Growth: Owners have over 150 years of life experience and 100 years clinical experience and provide:

Licensed to practice in New York (one-year post-doctoral residency or 2.5 years licensed in another state)
