Platte Dental Clinic is a brand-new, modern private practice in Platte, South Dakota, with a well-trained, talented team and a positive, fast-paced environment where good dentistry gets done and everyone enjoys the day.

We're growing, and our owner's other business commitments mean there's real room for an associate to step into a lead clinical role, grow with the practice, and move toward partnership.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 33% of collections (minus 33% of lab costs)

Expected Earnings: $150,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $700 per day for the first 3 months

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No Fridays, no weekends
• Some flexibility available

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role in a new office with new equipment and a growing patient base, for a dentist who wants a 4-day week, real autonomy, and a practice to grow into.

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Extractions
• Fixed and direct restorative
• Select endodontics
• Comprehensive exams and treatment planning

Mentorship is available in whatever form you want it: a formal mentorship program for a newer dentist building confidence, or informal guidance as requested for an experienced clinician who wants autonomy.

You'll be supported by a modern, fully digital office, including:

• Digital X-rays and panoramic imaging
• Modern endodontic and implant equipment
• Electric and air-driven handpieces
• Open Dental practice management

There is a path to partnership for a dentist who wants to build a long-term future here.

• A licensed general dentist; new grads welcome, experience not required
• Confident in general dentistry, or eager to get there with mentorship
