Compensation: 30% of production, increasing to 35% of production once the monthly production bonus threshold is reached
Expected Earnings: $250,000+ annually on a four-day work week
Daily Guarantee: $3,200 weekly guarantee for the first 6 months (equivalent to approximately $800 per day on a four-day schedule)

This is an open to full-time or part-time opportunity offering a four-day schedule and a consistently busy patient flow. The associate will work within the practice’s operating hours of Monday–Wednesday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with some flexibility available when structuring the schedule.
The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:
Crowns, fillings, extractions, partials, and dentures
Because there are very few specialists in the area, dentists with experience in procedures such as implants, sedation, or endodontics may have the opportunity to expand services and significantly increase production.

Digital X-rays, 3D imaging, digital impressions, laser dentistry, and electronic health records
