Compensation: 32% of adjusted production
Daily Guarantee: $1,500/day — guaranteed always
Expected Earnings: $300,000–$600,000 annually, depending on schedule and efficiency
Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance: $10,000

Continuing Education (CE): $2,000/year after 1 year of employment
Dental Insurance: Employee and immediate family coverage
This full-time or part-time opportunity offers a flexible schedule, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with every other Friday off and flexibility when scheduling unpaid vacation time.
You’ll provide a broad range of general and restorative dentistry, including:
Restorative procedures
Crowns and bridges
Extractions
Support & Technology:
Digital X-rays
Open Dental software
Expanded-function dental assistants
Licensed dentist with at least 1 year of clinical experience (2025 graduates or earlier)
Excellent patient communication and teamwork skills
Flexible, practical approach to patient care
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
