Our office combines a loyal, established patient base with modern digital dentistry tools, including digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, and Denticon EHR. Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 30–35% of collections

• Expected Earnings: $200K–$300K annually once fully ramped

• Daily Guarantee: $750–850/day for the first 3 months

• Benefits May Include:

  • Continuing Education (CE) Allowance: $1,000 annually (negotiable)

  • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance: Through Cigna; includes HSA/FSA options; $515 contribution toward premiums

  • 401(k): Employer contributes 25% of your contributions, up to 4% of pay

  • Flexible Schedule: Full-time or part-time

The Opportunity
Join a fast-paced, high-volume practice in downtown Bethlehem with a stable, family-oriented patient base. The associate will work:

• Monday: 8 AM–6 PM

• Tuesday: 9:30 AM–6 PM

• Wednesday: 8 AM–6 PM

• Thursday: 9:30 AM–6 PM

• Alternating Fridays: 8 AM–12 PM

You’ll focus on general dentistry with advanced procedures, supported by EFDAs to maximize efficiency:

• Root canal therapy (RCT)

• Crowns and complex restorative cases

• Extractions

• Implants (placement and/or restoration depending on experience)

• Cosmetic procedures

• Invisalign

• TMJ/TMD therapy

Technology & Tools: Digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, Denticon EHR, E-Max all-ceramic crowns

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed dentist with 3–5 years experience or AEGD/GPR completion

• Comfortable performing advanced procedures independently

• Strong clinical skills with excellent patient communication

• Team-oriented, collaborative, efficient, and patient-focused

• Motivated to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
