Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of collections

Daily Guarantee: $675 per day

Expected Earnings:

• Seasoned Full-Time Dentist (3–4 days/week): Can exceed $300,000 annually

• Full-Time New Graduate: Typically around $220,000+ annually, depending on speed and clinical efficiency

• Part-Time Doctors: Earnings scale based on schedule and production

Full-Time Defined As: 3–4 clinical days per week

• $1,000 CE Allowance after 1 year (pending CDO approval)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time (3–4 days/week) or part-time opportunity offering a well-balanced schedule and a consistently busy patient flow.

The associate will work:
Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
(Flexible scheduling available)

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Crown & Bridge (CEREC same-day restorations)

• Clear Aligners utilizing SureSmile

• Root Canals with the WaveOne System

• Extractions

• Fabrication of prosthesis

• Basic restorative procedures

• Preventive and comprehensive treatment planning

• Treatment of both adult and pediatric patients

You’ll be supported by modern technology and tools, including:

• AI-assisted diagnostics

• Digital imaging and impressions

• Streamlined clinical systems designed for efficiency

• Advanced restorative and endodontic technology
