Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 30–35% of collections

• Expected Earnings: $200K–$400K annually

• Benefits May Include:

  • Continuing Education (CE) Allowance: Reimbursement process provided

  • 401(k): Employer match after 90 days of employment

  • Paid Time Off: 1 week after first year, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 10 years

The Opportunity
This is a full-time opportunity in a high-volume, patient-centered practice. The associate will work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, delivering comprehensive general dentistry across all ages.

Procedures include:

• Full scope general dentistry

• Restorative procedures, crowns, and bridges

• Extractions and surgical procedures

• Endodontics (root canals)

• Implants (placement and restoration)

• Cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign

• TMJ/TMD therapy

• Digital dentistry with YOMI-assisted robotics

Technology & Tools: Digital X-rays, 3D imaging, CAD/CAM systems, laser dentistry, YOMI robotic-assisted endodontics, electronic health records

• Licensed general dentist; new graduates welcome

• Strong clinical skills with excellent patient communication
