Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Fee-for-service, 100% production-based

• Expected Earnings: $250,000–$400,000 annually

• Daily Minimum: $1,000/day (based on experience)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist (part-time considered for the right candidate) to step into a busy, fee-for-service practice with immediate patient flow and strong existing demand.

Scope of work includes:

• Bread-and-butter restorative dentistry with opportunities for advanced cases

• Comprehensive, relationship-based dentistry

• Collaboration with a low-turnover, highly experienced clinical team

• Efficiency supported by EFDA-trained assistants

Technology & Support Includes:

• CEREC

• Digital scanner

• CBCT

• Fully digital workflow

Mentorship and continual growth are core to the practice, including advanced CE and skill expansion for motivated dentists. Long-term growth within the practice is possible for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• Licensed General Dentist

• 2+ years of experience preferred

• Clinically confident, patient-focused, and team-oriented

• Interested in long-term growth within a high-performing, family-owned practice

• Values quality over volume and excellent patient communication

Schedule & Fit

• Full-time preferred (part-time considered)

• 4-day work week

• Established hygiene support with 4 hygienists per day
