Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $300,000–$800,000 per year (based on experience and production)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role designed for dentists who want to grow clinically and professionally with a focus on advanced dentures and implants. The associate will work a balanced, high-volume schedule and be supported by a highly trained team.

Clinical Scope Includes:

• All-on-4 / Full-Arch Implants: Diagnose, treatment plan, and place implants; deliver immediate and final prosthetics; collaborate with lab and surgical teams; manage post-op care

• Removable Dentures: Full and partial dentures, immediate dentures, relines, repairs, adjustments, and patient guidance

• Extractions: Simple and surgical extractions with atraumatic technique and proper healing

• Restorative Dentistry: Crowns, bridges, and general restorative care with digital or traditional impressions

Technology & Support:

• Fully digital workflows and cloud-based PMS

• Photogrammetry technology for precise implant-level impressions

• On-site lab and 3D printing capabilities

• Skilled dental assistants specialized in implant, surgery, and prosthetics

• Mentorship from experienced providers

• Licensed general dentist

• Experienced in implants and dentures preferred (new grads with strong interest in advanced restorative work will be considered)
