The Center for Implant & General Dentistry has been a cornerstone of Northeast Texas dentistry since the 1980s. Co-owned by Dr. Clay Keith & Dr. Paul Denson, who both started as associates in this practice and eventually bought the practice, our team is known for a collaborative, high-quality, patient-focused environment.
We offer a unique balance: a rural yet well-established practice with a loyal patient base, a large modern facility (6,000 sq ft), and a culture built around teaching and mentorship. Compensation: 35% collections + 50% lab bill
Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 90 days, whichever is greater

This is a full-time role with a consistently busy schedule. The associate will work alongside a high-producing team, performing a wide variety of general dentistry with a strong emphasis on implants and advanced restorative care, including All-on-4 cases.
Clinical Scope Includes:
General dentistry: crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and more
Implant dentistry: full-arch, All-on-4 cases, and complex restorative cases
Opportunity to learn and grow into high-level implant procedures under experienced mentorship
The ideal candidate is not expected to be an expert on day one but should be eager to learn, confident, and motivated to grow in implant and restorative dentistry.
Licensed general dentist in Texas, 2+ years clinical experience preferred (new grads considered if coachable, motivated, and driven)
